Maude & The Bear


Join Chef Ian Boden and his team for multi-course progressive menus featuring all the region has to offer. Chef Boden’s menus pay homage to his own family roots as well as those of his wife and partner Leslie’s rural upbringing and of their travels together.

Our seasonal and evolving tasting menus include four courses ($90), seven course ($140) or the Kitchen Table (one seating each night, $250). Optional hand-selected paired wines are available at an additional cost and complement the kitchen’s creations. Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated to us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation; if advanced notice is not given, we may be unable to accommodate your restriction.

Maude and the Bear is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with two seatings—5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Brunch service will be available every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Our bar/lounge offers an a la carte menu as well as our regular tasting menu; service there is limited and available on a first come/first serve basis.

Dinner: by reservation—T​hursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Brunch: Sundays from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
